Skunk2 valve springs are among th best valve springs on the sport compact market. Skunk2 Racing valve springs are designed to handle the demands of high lift camshafts running at the prolonged high rpms of racing. The Skunk2 Racing valves springs have been tested for use up to 11,000 rpm. The chrome silicone wire is 100% eddy-current inspected before coiling. After the spring is coiled, it is heat treated, shot-peened, and further enhanced with an advanced proprietary chemical polishing and nitride process. The end result is a lightweight valve spring that will safely accommodate high lifts and has superior resistance to load loss even under extreme operating conditions. Skunk2 valve spring are designed for use with Skunk2 Racing camshafts, Skunk2 Racing forged valves, and Skunk2 Racing titanium retainer kits.
